Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.
Orders are dispatched within 48–72 hours (2–3 working days).
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once processed, cancellations are not allowed.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch.
International delivery timelines vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
International shipping charges vary depending on destination and weight.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable once paid.

A ₹100 COD charge is applicable on orders below ₹5,999
For orders above ₹5,999, COD is available only with a 10% advance payment.
COD availability may be restricted based on location or order history.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking is activated within 24 hours of dispatch.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned (RTO). Re-shipping charges must be paid in advance for re-delivery.
Please ensure accurate address and availability at the time of delivery.

All orders are shipped via third-party courier partners.
Once dispatched, Main Character is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit. We will assist in coordination but cannot guarantee resolution.

If your order is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate with the courier partner and provide resolution where applicable.
Claims are subject to verification.

We ship internationally via trusted courier partners. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges.
Delivery timelines are not guaranteed due to customs processing.

Delays may occur due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory issues.
No compensation will be provided for such delays.
