Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds to the original payment method.
All eligible refunds are issued strictly as store credit.

Refunds (store credit) are applicable only if:

• You receive a defective or damaged product
• You receive an incorrect product
• Your order is cancelled by the Company

• Change of mind
• Size or fit issues
• Color or style preference
• Incorrect product ordered
• Delivery delays due to external factors
• Requests made beyond allowed timelines

• Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Share images of product, packaging, and invoice

Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

• Issued after product inspection and approval
• Timeline: 3–5 business days after QC approval
• Value: product price (excluding shipping charges)

• Valid for 90 days
• Non-transferable
• Cannot be converted to cash
• Can be used partially or fully

• Before processing: refund may be issued
• After processing or shipping: no refund
• Company cancellations: full refund issued

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping covered only for defective/wrong items

If order is returned due to customer fault (wrong address, unavailable, refusal):

• No refund will be issued
• Store credit may be issued at Company discretion

Refunds will be rejected if:

• Product is used, washed, or damaged
• Tags or packaging are missing
• Return was not approved

We reserve the right to reject refunds or block accounts in case of abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse.

• Approval: within 48 hours
• Quality check: 2–4 business days
• Store credit issuance: 3–5 business days

All refund decisions are subject to internal verification. The Company’s decision is final.

This Policy is governed by Indian law.
