Return or Exchange Policy

Customers can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
All exchanges are subject to product availability and quality check approval.

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if:

• The product has been used, worn, washed, or altered
• Tags, packaging, or invoice are missing
• The product is damaged by the customer
• The request is raised after 7 days of delivery

• Puffer Jackets
• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
• Sale items (unless defective)

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

• Report within 24 hours of delivery

• Share images of the product, packaging, and invoice

Claims after 24 hours may not be accepted.

• Reverse pickup is arranged only after approval
• Pickup will be scheduled within 7 days of confirmation
• If pickup is unavailable, customer must self-ship

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

• Valid for 90 days
• Non-transferable
• Cannot be converted to cash

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Proper packing is required for return shipping

• Orders can be cancelled only before processing
• No cancellations after processing or shipping
• No changes allowed after dispatch

Returns may be rejected if:

• Product fails quality check
• Used, washed, or damaged
• Returned without approval
• Missing tags or packaging

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping is covered only for defective or wrong items
• Customers bear shipping cost for size exchanges

• Response time: within 48 hours
• Reverse pickup: within 7 days of approval
• Store credit issuance: 3–5 business days after QC

All return and exchange approvals are subject to internal quality checks. Decisions made by the Company are final.

This Policy is governed by Indian law.
